EARLY REDEMPTION OF INLV08 SUBORDINATED UNSECURED CALLABLE NOTES ("INLV08 NOTES")

Investec Limited ("the Issuer") advised on 12 May 2026 that it has exercised its option to
early redeem all of the INLV08 Notes in terms of item 42(i) of the Applicable Pricing
Supplement, pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in the Issuer's Domestic Medium
Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated 15 November 2017, subject to receipt
of approval from the Prudential Authority.

Approval from the Prudential Authority was subsequently received by Investec on
17 May 2026. According the early redemption of the INLV08 Notes will proceed.
